1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the £5 Sawtry Check-in voucher offer (the "Offer") provided by Moto Hospitality ltd ("Company," “Moto’” "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Offer, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Offer Details

  • Eligibility: The Offer is open to any customer that is 18+ who are travelling during the Easter holidays whom have profiles created within the Moto App. You must check in once to our Moto Sawtry location using the designated check-in method provided by the Company.

  • Voucher Redemption Period: The voucher can only be claimed during the peak Easter travel times, defined as April 7th 2025 to April 21st 2025 (the "Redemption Period"). The £5 reward redeemed in the wallet via the £5 Sawtry check-in voucher will expiry September 31st and no longer be usable at any Moto locations.

3. How to Participate

  • Check-In Method: Check-ins must be completed using the Company’s approved method included in our mobile app

  • Check-Ins: To qualify for the £5 Sawtry check in voucher, you must check in to the Moto Sawtry location once within the promotional period in the Moto App. In order to do so, you must download the Moto services app and create an account.

  • Verification: The check-in will be verified by the Company. Verification methods may include geolocation data, timestamp logs, or other means as determined by the Company.

4. Voucher Issuance

  • Qualification: Upon successful completion of one verified check-in, you will be eligible to be put into the prize draw to receive 1 of 100 £5 voucher into the digital wallet within the Moto App.

  • Notification: You will be notified via email, SMS, or through the Company’s app (as applicable) once you have qualified for the voucher.

  • Voucher Delivery: The voucher will be delivered electronically to the wallet feature associated with your account in the Moto app.

5. Voucher Terms

  • Validity: The £5 Sawtry Check in voucher is valid to claim only during the Redemption Period and will expire on September 31st of the current year.

  • Usage: The voucher can be used for purchases at all Moto location(s) as detailed in the voucher notification. The voucher can be exchanged at Moto Burger King, Moto Costa, Moto Greggs, Moto Pret, Moto WHSmith, Moto Chow and Moto West Cornwall Pasty Co off any purchase.*

  • Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Change will not be given for purchases until £5. It may be used for part payment for goods and services of a higher value.

  • Limitations: Only one voucher per customer profile is redeemable. Multiple check-ins beyond the required one will not result in additional vouchers. Vouchers are not valid to use in Moto M&S, Moto KFC and any Moto operated retail Forecourts or Forecourt Greggs. *Purchase excludes cigarettes and other tobacco products, alcohol, fuel, phone cards, stamps, Ladbrokes, Travelodge, Cotton Traders, Fonebitz, temporary concessions, coin-operated machines, National Lottery tickets and Instants.

6. General Conditions

  • Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate the Offer or falsify check-ins will result in disqualification from the Offer.

  • Changes to the Offer: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the Company’s website or app.

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.

7. Privacy

  • Data Collection: By participating in the Offer, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Communication: You agree to receive communications related to the Offer via email, SMS, or through our app.
